There are many movies in today’s society that portray
violence and show the side of war. These
movies are great to watch as they are entertaining with action and are all
about being a bad-ass. I see these movies
as not only a great way of entertainment but as a way to show individuals how
to respond in different scenarios. Also,
people learn from movies what new weapons are out there and what type of
different moves one can place on their opponent in a fighting scenario.
Take the movie The Dark Night Rises, in this movie there are
different guns and machines in which one can fight people or possibly use in a
war. There is a possibility that the
police or military service will take into consideration the types of machines
and guns that were used in the movie and possibly make real forms in
reality. Thus, the form of entertainment
can be useful in reality to win wars or to take defense or protection to a
whole new level. I think that the
entertainment world is a way for public safety to test out new weapons and
create ideas for future weapons.
The way in which people brainstorm ideas for movies can also
give felons or criminals ideas for criminal activity. When the guy who shot and killed many during
the premiere for the showing of, the Dark Night Rises, many people questioned
whether what type of violence and how much of it should be shown to viewers who
watch it. I look it as a way for these
individuals to use the entertainment as a way of violence and test it in the
real world for attention or to be super stars in reality of their “own movie.” So, movies bring a way for people to have new
ideas about how to overthrow reality or destroy human civilization from the
movie the Dark Night Rises.
There are many good and bad things that movies bring to the
viewers and to reality, but overall these movies are here for pleasure and
entertainment; however, few individuals ruin it for everyone else as they feel
to take the information learned by these movies and use it against people and
society.
